Mike Elsenbroek

Mike Elsenbroek is a Senior Technical Consultant and Head of Technology at Dearborn Group. Prior to this, Mike held roles such as Director of Information Systems at Dearborn National, Director Global IT Infrastructure at Heidrick & Struggles, and Global IT Operations at Hewitt Associates.

At Dearborn Group, Mike leads various functions in the Information Technology area including IT Project Management, Application Development and support, Business Intelligence, Vendor Management, IT Security, and IT Finance. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Illinois Chicago, Mike brings a wealth of experience in managing technology operations and teams across different global organizations.
