Ken Good has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Ken started their career at Chrysler in 1984, where they worked as a Launch Engineer and eventually became a Launch Manager. Ken also had a role in Manufacturing Management during this time. In 2009, Ken joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as the BIW Conveyor and Facilities Manager. Ken later became the Manufacturing Engineering BIW Facilities & Conveyor Manager, where they were responsible for new model launch BIW layout and process equipment installation. In 2021, Ken worked at Stellantis as the BIW Facilities and Conveyor Manager for North America before taking on their current role as the Director of Project at Dearborn Mid-West Company, LLC.

Ken Good completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University from 1980 to 1984. Ken then pursued their Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Wayne State University, which they completed from 1986 to 1992.
