Dr. Amelie Wiedemann has a diverse work experience that spans several organizations and roles. Dr. Amelie co-founded and served as the Co-CEO of DearEmployee GmbH from May 2016 to July 2022, where they helped create and implement workplace mental health platforms to promote healthy and motivating work environments. In their role as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer, they conducted theoretical and applied research on the effectiveness of behavioral prevention on healthy behavior in the workforce and the general public, collaborating with institutions like Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin and Humboldt University Berlin.

Dr. Wiedemann's involvement in the entrepreneurial community is also evident through their role as a Board Member of NFUSION – Entrepreneurs Network Freie Universität Berlin since April 2019. Dr. Amelie Wiedemann obtained their education in the field of psychology. From 1999 to 2005, they attended Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and earned a degree of Dipl.-Psych. Following that, they pursued further studies at Freie Universität Berlin from 2006 to 2009, where they successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology.
