Currently serving as Founding Partner at DeBa Ventures and Founder of DeBa Group S.A. SPF, Barbaros aims to support visionary early-stage tech startups and manage the financial legacy of the Özbugutu family. Previously, Barbaros co-founded iyzico, a prominent online payment service in Turkey, and played a significant role as Chief Executive Officer at PayU Turkey post-acquisition. Additionally, Barbaros holds board positions at Endeavor Turkey and has been involved with various professional organizations in the payment and electronic money sectors. Educationally, Barbaros has enhanced expertise through programs at Stanford University and Harvard Business School.
