Lola Herman

Lola Herman is a Formulation Scientist at Debiopharm since September 2022, with previous experience as an Ingénieure en formulation cosmétique at Laboratoire LabOrganic. At Laboratoire LabOrganic, Lola focused on developing innovative natural and organic cosmetic formulas, researching new raw materials, and conducting stability tests while managing supplier and client communications. Prior roles include R&D scientist intern positions at L'Oréal and Coty, where Lola contributed to fragrance innovation and stability studies in hair care and perfumery. Lola's educational background includes an MSc in Chemistry from CPE Lyon and École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille, as well as a Master 2 in Formulation Sciences from Centrale Lille.
