Valerie Blasco

Valerie Blasco is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in people and culture transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Debiopharm since June 2022, Valerie also contributes to the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, enhancing discussions on management and leadership. Previous roles include Global Head of HR Strategic Projects at Puma Energy, where Valerie led a significant business transformation initiative, and Global Head of Talent Management and Acquisition at SGS, overseeing talent strategies for a global workforce. With prior experience as VP of Global Talent Management at Invensys and Senior HR Business Partner at Eastman Kodak, Valerie holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from ESSEC Business School and an MBA in Marketing from The University of Kansas.
