Ir. Iwan Jurczik

Iwan Jurczik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and recruitment. As the Managing Partner and Founder of &deBlauw since December 2010, Iwan focuses on developing future-proof organizations for scale-ups, SMEs, and large companies. In addition to this role, Iwan serves as a Partner for the Lense & Lumen Advisory Group in the Netherlands, representing a prominent international network in executive search and leadership consulting. Previous positions include interim Recruitment Manager at Vopak, interim Senior Recruiter at Fokker Technologies, and Division Manager/Headhunter at Michael Page. Iwan's career began as a Management Trainee at PostNL and ProRail, where Iwan also founded and chaired Young ProRail. Iwan Jurczik holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and has pursued architectural studies at Delft University of Technology.
