Geoffrey joined the family business at age 21 and has since been pushing to enable the company to create innovative solutions to address society’s mobility challenges. When joining the business, Geoffrey focused on modernizing all the key touch-points the business and instilling a culture of doing the right thing both for customers and employees. The positive change which the company achieved led him to be recognized as the “Outstanding Young Person Award for 2008’s Entrepreneurial accomplishment” in Malta from Junior Chamber International (JCI). Geoffrey firmly believes that employees are the biggest asset the company and is consistently focused to continue drive their engagement. His goal moving forward is to see the business transition from selling cars to rides, enabled by technology. He believes this will help make the world a better place through reduced traffic congestion and pollution thereby improving people’s quality of life. Geoffrey graduated at University of Malta and London Business School in business and entrepreneurship. He is also an active member of Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO) and was selected to join at the age of 24, at the time making him one of the youngest members in the world.
