Anna Payanzo Cotton

Anna Payanzo Cotton is the Vice President of Workforce Development at Rowan College at Burlington County. She previously served as the Director of Housing at Oaks Integrated Care and a Mental Health Specialist at McLean Hospital.

Anna holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Social Anthropology at Harvard University. She is a devoted community leader serving for the Willingboro Public Library, Mount Laurel YMCA and St. Luke Lutheran Church.
