Rich Rifenburg

Rich Rifenburg has extensive experience in budget management and reimbursement, currently serving as the Reimbursement Manager at Deborah Heart and Lung Center since April 1992, where responsibilities include managing operating budgets and cost accounting for research projects. Prior roles include Budget and Reimbursement Manager at Capital Health from April 1989 to April 1992, Reimbursement Manager at Overlook Hospital from January 1985 to April 1989, and Chief Accountant at Union Hospital from 1981 to 1985. Rich Rifenburg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Monmouth University, completed between 1982 and 1985, as well as education from Rider University from 1976 to 1978.
