Candice Biback

Candice Biback has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Candice began their career in 2013 as a Graduate Student at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. In 2016, they joined Shoppers Drug Mart as a Pharmacy Student, where they worked until 2019. Since 2020, Candice has been associated with DWA Healthcare Communications Group, starting as a Medical Writer and progressing to the role of Senior Medical Writer. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Medical Director at the same company.

Candice Biback has a strong educational background in the field of pharmacy and pharmacology. Candice completed their Bachelor of Medical Science (BMSc) degree in Physiology and Pharmacology at Western University from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Pharmacology at the University of Toronto from 2013 to 2015. Continuing their education, they obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Toronto between 2015 and 2019.

In addition to their academic achievements, Candice Biback also obtained a certification as a pharmacist from the Ontario College of Pharmacists in 2019.
