Jo-David Fine is currently an advisor at debra. Jo-David has previously worked as the Executive Director of Educational Partnerships at Kaplan Virtual Education and as a District Sales Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.

At Kaplan Virtual Education, Jo-David was responsible for growing the middle school and high school online education business delivered as a SaaS model. Jo-David worked with school district superintendents and school boards to successfully launch online Kaplan Virtual Education partner schools throughout California and other states. Jo-David developed a network of key decision makers by listening to customer needs and delivering a high level of service to help districts achieve their goals. Jo-David created and delivered winning sales presentations to district executive committees.

At Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Jo-David managed a winning sales team by building the strengths of each sales rep and developing talent. Jo-David created successful marketing plans for exceeding top goals. Jo-David Fine has a B.S. in Education from Arizona State University, a Fine Art and Education degree from Miami University, and post-graduate work in Fine Art Painting from the San Francisco Art Institute.
