Laurence Miller

Laurence Miller is an Advisor at debra. Prior to this, they were a Client Services Manager at Businessolver from September 2009 to January 2012. In the rapidly growing organization, they directed an account team in providing technology solutions for the outsourcing of employee benefit administration including – Employee Self-service, Benefit Plan administration, Call Center Operations, COBRA Administration, Payroll Imports, Carrier exports, dependent verification, billing and plan administration for dedicated book of business.

Miller was previously a Managing Consultant at Cambridge Advisory Group from January 2002 to June 2008 where they were an account manager for human resources consulting to various sized clients within total rewards strategy. Laurence developed strategic business plans for the Employee Benefits as a part of the overall corporate direction and managed Outsourcing efforts and streamlined processing of Employee Benefit administration. Laurence assisted clients in reducing risk levels and lowering overall benefit costs.

Laurence Miller has an MBA in Management from Miami University, as well as a BA in Diplomacy & Foreign Affairs, Laurence'story, and Political Science from the same school. In addition, Laurence is certified by the Miami University Corporate & Community Institute in the Nonprofit Board Leadership Certificate Program, and is also an ISCEBS Fellow U.S. Health 2020 and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania CEBS.
