Paul Honig

Paul Honig is the current advisor at debra. Prior to this, they were the controller at Elk Transportation, Inc from October 2011 to December 2013. There, they managed all accounting-related activities. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Elite Sportswear, L.P. from January 1992 to December 2011 where they were responsible for all manufacturing, production planning, cost accounting and distribution functions. While at Elite Sportswear, L.P., they improved customer order fulfillment and on time shipping by 30% by implementing process improvements with production planning and shop floor personnel. Paul also enhanced overall inventory management and accuracy by implementing cycle count methodology. Lastly, they negotiated a contract to outsource shipping which amounted to a $100,000 annual savings to the company.

Paul Honig has a MBA in Finance / Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
