Jennifer Wilson has over 20 years of experience in the compliance and legal industry. Jennifer began their career in 1999 as an Administrative Liaison to the Erie County Legislature. In 2004, they moved to the Erie County Executive's Office as an Administrative Liaison to the Erie County Legislature. In 2005, they joined Creditors Interchange Receivable Management, LLC as Chief of Staff. In 2008, they moved to Merrill Lynch as a Client Associate. In 2010, they joined Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, LLC as Compliance, Regulatory & Legal Manager. In 2014, they joined EverChain as Corporate Secretary, UK Board Member & CCO | UK, President & Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President, Compliance and Vice President, Compliance. Jennifer Wilson is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory & Compliance Professional (CRCP) and a Certified Regulatory & Compliance Vendor Manager (CRVPM) IV.

Jennifer Wilson has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Political Science from Canisius College, which they obtained between 1992 and 1998. Jennifer also holds three certifications: Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager IV from Compliance Education Institute, LLC, obtained in November 2021; Certified Receivables Compliance Professional from DBA International, obtained in June 2015; and Credit and Collection Compliance Officer from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, obtained in April 2015.
