Anthony Agbay

Anthony Agbay is an accomplished scientist specializing in enzyme catalysis and gene discovery, currently serving as a Scientist I at Debut since July 2021. Prior roles at Debut include Associate Scientist and Research Associate II and I. Anthony's experience includes a tenure as a Student Teaching Assistant and in various instructional roles at Stanford University's School of Engineering, where laboratory management and safety were key responsibilities. Notably, Anthony has a solid research background from the Stanford Department of Chemistry, focusing on glycosyltransferases, along with engineering internships at Abbott, where process optimization and improvement projects were undertaken.
