Lacey Douthit

Lacey Douthit is an accomplished scientist with a robust background in biomedical research and engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Scientist at Debut since February 2022, Lacey previously held the position of Senior Research Associate at The Scripps Research Institute from August 2017 to February 2022. Lacey began professional experience as a Research Technician at The Scripps Research Institute and has also worked as a Research Assistant at Berkeley Lab and completed internships at Accelagen and Pfenex Inc. Lacey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Applied Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
