Douglas Harris

Douglas Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the water and wastewater utility industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at DEC | Engineering Excellence, Douglas leads the Surface Water Supply Project Pump Stations. Previously, as Regional Manager at V&A Consulting Engineers, Inc., Douglas managed specialized programs in corrosion engineering and asset management.
