Ghanshyam Bhosale has extensive experience in the field of process development and management. Ghanshyam worked as a Process Development Scientist at Technoforce Solutions from August 2012 to March 2021, where they specialized in reaction engineering problems and determining the rate controlling steps in various processes. In February 2021, they joined Deepak Group Co as a Manager, and they held this position until February 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Process Development: Continuous Processing at Dec Group, starting from February 2023.
Ghanshyam Bhosale pursued their education in the field of chemical engineering. Ghanshyam completed their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute Of Chemical Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they continued their academic journey at the same institute and obtained a Ph.D. tech degree specializing in Kinetics and reactor design. Ghanshyam dedicated five years, from 2014 to 2019, to their doctoral studies before successfully completing their research and degree.
