Matthias Paccot

Matthias Paccot is an experienced Project Manager at Dec Group since August 2016, overseeing project management from the design phase to on-site qualification and validation. Prior to this role, Matthias served as a Validation Engineer, where responsibilities included writing SAT, FAT, and IQ/OQ protocols for a range of DEC equipment, as well as executing tests and managing reports. Matthias also worked as a Qualification Engineer at F. Hoffman-La Roche from September 2015 to July 2016, focusing on quality assurance for various equipment and compliance with GMP standards. Matthias's career began with a one-year internship at Evonik in 2012, contributing to the CAMISMA Project aimed at developing lightweight construction materials for the automotive industry.
