Michael Evelyn

Michael is Head of Business Development at Seaport Global, a credit-focused investment bank. Previously, he was head of debt capital markets at Commerzbank AG in the Americas. From 2001 until 2006, he ran the financial institutions group within Barclays’ debt capital markets business in the US. He has held senior management positions in investment grade trading and syndicate at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, and WR Hambrecht. Michael began his career at Salomon Brothers. He received his MBA in finance from the University of Chicago’s Booth School, and his AB in economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
