Beatrice Bessi

Beatrice Bessi is an accomplished educator and sommelier with extensive experience in the wine industry. Currently serving as an Educator for WSET Level 1 and Level 2 at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust since April 2023, Beatrice also works as a Wine Judge for Decanter and as Head Sommelier at Chiltern Firehouse. Prior roles include Assistant Head Sommelier and Sommelier positions at 67 Pall Mall, spanning from May 2016 to October 2019, and Bar and Restaurant Manager at Alajmo S.p.a. from July 2014 to May 2016. Beatrice's education includes advanced and certified sommelier qualifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers, along with multiple credentials from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and other prestigious institutions in the field of wine and coffee.
