Uğur Uzuner

Uğur Uzuner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and retail management. Currently serving as a Skills Leader at Décathlon Canada since November 2021, Uğur previously worked at Decathlon Türkiye from November 2009 to December 2021, where roles included Human Resources Business Partner, Store Manager, Store Operations Manager, Customer Relations Manager, and Department Manager. Achievements include streamlining HR efficiencies, overseeing the onboarding of over 1200 new employees in 2020, and developing team skills and autonomy. Uğur holds a degree from Uludag University, completed between 2001 and 2007.
