Radoslav Dimov

Radoslav Dimov is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Decathlon Bulgaria since May 2014. Radoslav has played a pivotal role in building the country's learning and development projects and implementing a comprehensive training platform. Radoslav also held the position of Employer Branding Manager, where responsibilities included defining key elements of the employer brand, managing the selection and onboarding processes, and enhancing employee retention. Prior experience includes roles as Store Leader and Operations Manager at Decathlon, along with serving as Assistant Manager at Nike. Radoslav led the United Training Project as the Decathlon Bulgaria Academy Leader from May 2021 to June 2023, focusing on building a network of trainers. Radoslav is currently pursuing a degree in National Security Protection and National Security Policy Studies at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar."
