Sophearithnora Chum

Sophearithnora Chum has extensive experience in leadership and project management, currently serving as a Sport Leader (Duty Manager) and Department Leader at Decathlon Cambodia since November 2018, where responsibilities include planning commercial strategies, recruiting staff, and overseeing daily operations. Previous roles include Project Officer at Engineers Without Borders Australia, where project coordination and stakeholder engagement were key duties, as well as a Project Volunteer at RainWater Cambodia, supporting documentation and training. Additional experience encompasses positions in data collection for the Cambodia Rice Value Chain at the Supreme National Economic Council, sales advising, and marketing within various organizations. Sophearithnora holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the National University of Management, completed in 2015.
