Wayne Cantwell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Wayne started their career as a Sr Design Engineer at NEC in 1985 before moving on to Intel as a Field Sales Engineer in 1988. Wayne then joined Phoenix Technologies in 1991, where they held multiple roles including Director Japan Operations and Vice President Asia. In 1997, Wayne became the Vice President Worldwide Field Operations at Phoenix Technologies and later served as the Senior Vice President/General Manager. In 1999, they became the Chief Executive Officer & Director at inSilicon Corporation until 2001. Wayne then became the Chief Executive Officer & Director at SOISIC in 2003 and took on the role of General Partner at Crescendo Ventures in the same year. In 2014, they were appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors at Arteris IP. Wayne is currently a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Decathlon Capital Partners since 2010.
