Julie Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Julie began their career in 2012 as Vice President at Sang Pour Cent Vies. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Junior Product Manager at Canon France. Following that, they joined La Maison Française du Verre, where they held multiple roles including Digital Project Manager and International E-commerce Manager. In 2018, Julie became the E-commerce & Digital Manager at Black Sheep Restaurants. Their most recent role was at Decathlon Hong Kong, where they worked from 2020 to 2023, first as Senior Manager E-commerce | Mountain Sports and then as Head of E-commerce. In 2023, Julie joined Decathlon Switzerland as the Head of E-commerce.

Julie Thomas began their education journey in 2011 when they obtained a Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the IÉSEG School of Management. Julie attended this school until 2016. In 2013 and 2014, they also attended PUC Minas and pursued a degree in International Business. In addition to their formal education, Julie has obtained several certifications, including "Data Analytics for Business Professionals," "Lead Generation: Multichannel PPC Strategy," "Marketing Strategy: Competitive Intelligence," "How to Be an Adaptable Employee during Change and Uncertainty," "Managing Virtual Teams," "Marketing Foundations: Customer Decision Journey," "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing," and the "TOEIC® Program." Julie also obtained their driving license in August 2011.
