Jordane Czapski serves as the Commercial and Supply Director at Decathlon Thailand since July 2023, focusing on building commercial policies and optimizing customer offerings. Previously, Jordane led Decathlon Latvia as the Decathlon Latvia Leader from January 2020 to July 2023, promoting sports accessibility in Latvia. Prior roles include President of Saint Amand FC, Founder of Juicy and Juice, and General Manager at Btwin, where Jordane managed a factory producing high-end bikes with a turnover of 60 million euros. Extensive experience at Decathlon International involved various logistics and managerial positions across China, contributing to significant operational and financial achievements. Jordane holds a Master's degree in Sports Management, UEFA A coaching license, and an Executive MBA.
