Dimitar Baevski

Dimitar Baevski is an experienced retail leader currently serving as City Leader for Decathlon UK since February 2024. Prior to this role, Baevski led the E-commerce and Digital Ecosystem at Decathlon Bulgaria from January 2021 to January 2024. Baevski has a substantial background with KIABI, where roles included Director of Sales and Marketing for KIABI Russia, Sales Director, and Franchise Development Manager for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, where strategic initiatives were implemented in merchandising, performance management, and human resources development across multiple stores. Additional experience includes opening six stores in Romania and managing a team of approximately 100 collaborators. Baevski holds an MBA from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and has earlier experience in retail management at HBS and Leroy Merlin.
