Claude Borrel

Claude Borrel is an experienced product engineer specializing in the development and industrialization of e-bikes and related technologies at DECATHLON FRANCE since November 2011. Key roles include overseeing the integration of the Owuru engine in e-bikes, leading sustainability initiatives for fishing products, and serving as a community manager for outdoor sports enthusiasts. Prior to DECATHLON, Claude held various engineering and managerial positions at SOITEC USA, Philips Semiconductors, SUD COMPOSITES, and ABR ORGANICS Ltd, contributing to customer support, production management, and materials synthesis. Claude obtained a Master's degree in Material Sciences from Polytech Montpellier and a DEUG in Industrial Technologies from Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
