Kerwan Cassoret

Kerwan Cassoret has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Responsable équipe Paie et SIRH and Chef de projet SIRH at Decathlon France since May 2017. Previous roles include Assistant responsable ressources humaines at Publicis ETO and Gestionnaire RH at Le Groupe La Poste, where Kerwan managed personnel issues and facilitated the reorientation of 300 individuals during a site closure. Additionally, experience at Mairie d'Auby included creating a training plan and a professional evaluation project. Early career work at Norsys involved payroll management and training organization. Kerwan holds two Master's degrees from IAE Lille in Management and Management of Business Units, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
