Maria Ramos Klotz

Maria Ramos Klotz currently serves as the Talent Management Process Leader at Decathlon International since May 2023, following a significant tenure at Decathlon Colombia from October 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included roles as Responsable RRHH and Department Manager. Maria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from FH Münster, acquired between 2013 and 2015, and another BBA from Universidad de La Sabana, completed in 2015. Maria's educational background also includes international exchange experiences at Colegio Andino Deutsche Schule in Bogotá, Alber Einstein Gymnasium in Germany, Maiden Erlegh Secondary School in the UK, and St. Dominic Savio Catholic Primary School in the UK.
