Philippe Forte Carvalho

Philippe Forte Carvalho has extensive experience at DECATHLON FRANCE, beginning in 2003 and progressing through various leadership roles. Currently serving as Responsable expansion/ développement immobilier Ile de France, Philippe is responsible for the development vision and growth strategy in the market. Philippe has previously held roles including Leader Accompagnateur/ Directeur régional for the City format in Paris, managing multiple store directors; Directeur magasin in Noisy Le Sec, overseeing a large team and significant sales; and Directeur magasin in Campinas, Brazil. Early career roles included Directeur magasin Paris Rive Gauche and Directeur adjoint de magasin in Montreuil, alongside training responsibilities. Philippe's foundational roles included Responsable d'exploitation and Responsable de rayon, emphasizing safety, operational management, and driving revenue growth. Philippe is also pursuing a Master management degree at IFAG and holds a TOEIC certification from Wall Street English France.
