Philippe Prevost

Philippe Prevost is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Costing and Industrialization Methods Engineer at Decathlon International since July 2007, Philippe specializes in the implementation of tools and methods to optimize production costs, including Lean Manufacturing and the creation of a Production Efficiency dashboard. Prior to Decathlon, Philippe held the position of Manufacturing Project Manager at Treves from July 2004 to July 2007, focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability through effective project management. Earlier in the career at Tremois, from January 1997 to January 2004, Philippe was involved in industrialization and continuous improvement, managing the development of new products and leading cost reduction initiatives. Philippe holds an engineering degree from ENSIAME - Valencienens and a DUT in mechanical engineering technologies from IUT Bethune.
