Teo di Lenarda

Teo Di Lenarda currently serves as the Projet and Continuous Improvement Leader at Decathlon France, where responsibilities include implementing continuous improvement initiatives and leading a team to enhance production performance. Prior experience includes roles as Supply Development Organizer and Logistic Flow Manager at Decathlon Logistique France, focusing on the mechanization transition at the Evin-Malmaison warehouse, team management, and sustainability projects. Teo has also contributed to event organization and communication at Raid Icam Lille and BDE ICAM Lille, while completing an international volunteer experience in Cambodia and a motorcycle journey through Southeast Asia. Teo holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Université Laval, alongside a technical education from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers.
