Fire Operations

The Fire Operations team at Decatur Fire Department is responsible for managing and executing emergency response activities, including firefighting, rescue operations, and fire prevention efforts. Led by the Fire Chief and supported by various ranks such as Battalion Chiefs and Captains, this team ensures rapid and effective action during incidents while maintaining the safety and training of all personnel. They also engage in community outreach and education to promote fire safety and preparedness.
