Subodh Paradkar

Subodh Paradkar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering and HSE. Subodh started their career as a Chemical Engineer at Excel Industries Limited in 1996 and worked there until 2000. Subodh then joined Syngenta India Limited in 2005 as an Assistant Manager, Technology & Projects, where they managed a project for site expansion and was responsible for process monitoring, troubleshooting, cost reduction, and HSE improvement projects. Subsequently, they served as a Technology Transfer and IA International Assignee for a project in Switzerland, where they worked as a Process Engineer. Subodh also held the position of Manager, Process Safety at Syngenta India Limited, where they managed and interpreted process safety data for chemical manufacturing. In 2013, they joined Deccan Fine Chemicals India Pvt Limited as an Associate Director of Technology, Projects & HSE. Subodh later joined Syngenta as the ASEAN Territory HSE Manager in 2014 and was responsible for managing HSE in the ASEAN region. Currently, they serve as the Head of Corporate Engineering & HSE at Deccan Fine Chemicals Pvt. Limited, overseeing HSE, process safety management, and other manufacturing sites.

Subodh Paradkar obtained a Certificate in Health & Safety from H&S IGC NEBOSH in the year 2015. Prior to that, they attended Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a B. Tech degree in Chemical engineering. Subodh also has additional certifications such as the Kelvin TOPSET 1 DAY TUTOR COURSE from Kelvin TOP-SET completed in November 2018, the 18001 OHSAS LA certificate vourse from Bureau Veritas India Private Limited in April 2016, and certifications in Modelling & Simulation and Project management (45 PDUs) from ASPEN-HYSIS and ILL respectively, for which the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
