Miguel Quintana, Ph.D., is a coaching and mentoring professional with a focus on leadership development, well-being, productivity, and interpersonal skills. Miguel has experience working as a Coach and Mentor at a private practice since 2015, where they help young leaders navigate various professional and personal challenges. In addition, they have served as a Chief Research Officer at Decelera since 2018 and as a User Research Lead at Yogobe from 2018 to 2021. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Sciences for Health Promotion at the University of Tsukuba in Japan. Miguel then attended the Complutense University of Madrid from 2007 to 2016, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology, specializing in Mindfulness. Miguel also received professional training in mindfulness and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the University of Massachusetts Medical School from 2006 to 2012. Most recently, from 2016 to 2021, they served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Clinical Neurosciences at the Karolinska Institutet.
