Alexander Ryota Keeley is an Associate Professor in the Technology and Policy Department of Urban and Environmental Engineering at Kyushu University, with experience spanning roles such as Co-Founder and Chief Research Officer at aiESG, Inc. and Co-Founder and Manager of Itoshima Mini-Hydro Energy Co., Ltd. Involved in the renewable energy sector, Alexander has contributed to significant research at The World Bank Group and served as a Specially Appointed Researcher for both UNDP and the International Energy Agency.
