Radek Rudnicki

Radek Rudnicki has a diverse work experience in various roles within the audiovisual and technology industries. Currently, they work at Decentraland as an Immersive Experience Designer, Creative Director, and SDK programmer, where they lead a team in creating immersive audiovisual experiences and games using the DCL SDK. Before that, Radek founded their own consultancy firm focused on Web3 and Metaverse projects. Radek also founded and served as the Creative Director of WaveFolder Records, coordinating and curating artists and projects. As the Deputy Director and Lead Sound Designer at Precyzja Foundation, Radek produced and managed new media and interactive projects, infusing them with innovative sonic elements. Radek has also worked as a Lecturer and Major Coordinator at the School of Music and Creative Media Production at Massey University, as well as an Associate Lecturer at the Music Department of the University of York.

Radek Rudnicki completed their education with a BA (Hons) in European Economy and Management from Abertay University in 2006. Radek then pursued an MA (Res) in Music Technology from the University of York from 2006 to 2007. Following this, they obtained a PhD in Digital Composition from the University of York, graduating in 2012.
