Data Engineer at Decentrix

Zachary Radcliff has a diverse range of work experience. Zachary started their career as a Lifeguard at the University of Cincinnati Aquatic Center from September 2010 to June 2012. In 2011, they worked as a Landscaper at the Evendale Service Department until November 2014.

From January to May 2014, Zachary worked as a Transportation Analysis Co-op at Cornerstone Brands Inc., where they helped save the company $100,000 per year on shipping costs.

In 2015, Zachary joined MHC Medical Products as a Supply Chain Analyst. During their time there, they added new products to the company's line, scheduled container shipments, and saved approximately $160,000 annually through pallet reconfiguration.

From 2016 onwards, Zachary worked at Vail Resorts as an Accounts Payable Specialist, responsible for processing vendor invoices and credits and reconciling vendor statements.

In 2017, Zachary switched their focus to data engineering and joined Decentrix Inc. as an Operations Support Engineer. Zachary developed and supported ETL, ELT, and cube build processes, reduced manual work through automation, and created monitoring software. Zachary then transitioned to the role of Data Engineer, where they reduced processing time, enhanced security, and improved efficiency of data processing and storage using AWS. Zachary also implemented non-relational databases, further enhancing data scalability and flexibility.

Zachary Radcliff completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Zachary attended the university from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Archbishop Moeller High School from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including Exam 473: Designing and Implementing Cloud Data Platform Solutions in November 2018, MCSE: Data Management and Analytics in November 2018, MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Development in May 2018, and MS 70-761 in July 2017.
