Sharoon Shamim

Sharoon Shamim is a seasoned technical trainer with extensive experience in the legal and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Trainer at Dechert LLP since February 2020, Sharoon previously held the position of Lead Technical Trainer for the EMEA region within the same firm, focusing on designing and delivering training programs for standard and custom applications. Prior to Dechert, Sharoon worked as an IT Trainer for Clifford Chance, developing eLearning courses and providing tailored training solutions across diverse technologies. Earlier experiences include delivering comprehensive IT training at Travers Smith and providing technical support at Coppice Primary School and the London Borough of Redbridge. Sharoon’s expertise lies in creating effective training materials, conducting workshops, and fostering relationships to address training needs within organizations.
