Ryan Hood

Ryan Hood is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with a diverse background in managing and developing software solutions for various organizations, including deciBel Research, Inc., Riverside Research, and MacAulay Brown. Since February 2016, Ryan has led development efforts on the NOVASTAR contract for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, showcasing expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD environments, and microservices integration. Previous roles included overseeing developer teams, implementing critical infrastructure projects, and contributing to high-visibility initiatives such as Public Key Infrastructure implementation. Ryan's extensive technical proficiency spans languages and technologies like Java, Python, C++, as well as various development frameworks and tools throughout a career that began in 1996 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Wright State University.
