Amy Chang is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Cisco's Collaboration team. Amy is responsible for a team of 6000 people who build software for essential communications, including messaging, meetings, and calling. The team also powers many of the white label solutions for communications that are used by major service providers. In addition to their role at Cisco, Amy is also an advisor at Decibel.
Amy has a wealth of experience in the tech industry, having held leadership positions at companies like Marqeta, Inc, UCSF Medical Center, MasterClass, Postman, Panther Labs, Altana.ai, Greenlight, Galileo, Dentity, Switch Bioworks, and Pragma Platform. Amy has also worked as a professor at Stanford University's School of Engineering. Prior to their career in tech, Amy worked at Procter & Gamble.
