Aditi Ghalsasi

Aditi Ghalsasi currently serves as an Analyst at DeciBio, starting in September 2024. Previously, Aditi held the position of Undergraduate Researcher under Dr. Micheal Mitchell at the University of Pennsylvania, where research focused on lipid nanoparticles for fetal and maternal health. Aditi also interned with Dr. Shu Yang at the University of Pennsylvania, contributing to novel materials synthesis and fabrication methods. Additional experience includes roles at BioConvergent Health, University of Massachusetts Amherst, and University of Akron, where Aditi engaged in competitive analysis, biochemistry research, and polymer applications, respectively. Aditi's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively.
