Rebeca García Sánchez

Rebeca García Sánchez has over five years of experience in the Human Resources and IT sectors. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an IT Talent Attraction Analyst at PagaTodo, where they were responsible for talent attraction of IT profiles at different levels, management of job skills interviews, and application and interpretation of psychometrical tests. From 2016 to 2017, they held the role of IT Recruiter at Infortec Consultores and IT Talent Acquisition at Paramind Consultancy Services, Inc. In 2017, they were appointed as HR Manager at Decidata, where they supported the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, created and implemented effective onboarding and offboarding plans, and ensured staff were paid correctly and on time.
