Alina Babycheva

Alina Babycheva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alina began their career as a Volunteer at Window on America Center, where they taught English grammar, organized English speaking and movie clubs, and promoted the work of the Center. Alina then worked as a Teacher of English at BE SMART, English Community for a few months.

In 2014, Alina started working at ICan School as a Prepodavatel, and continued in this role until 2016. Alina then joined Seoport as an HTML-Coder, where they worked for six months before transitioning to The Plum Tree Group Ukraine as a Junior Front-End-Developer. After working there for a few months, Alina joined Web Peppers as a Project Manager, where they stayed for most of 2019.

Alina then worked as a Project Manager at ReliablePSD from October 2019 to February 2021. Following this, Alina freelanced as a Web Development Project Manager. Their most recent role is as an IT Project Manager at Decima Digital Inc., where they started in February 2021.

Additionally, in June 2021, Alina began working as a Project Manager at TORI. Throughout their career, Alina has gained experience in project management, web development, teaching, and volunteering.

Alina Babycheva obtained a Master's degree in Philology (English language and literature) from Zytomyr State 'Ivan Franko' University from the years 2012 to 2018. In addition to their degree, Alina also obtained several certifications. These certifications include Market Analysis, Client Meetings Organization, Product Thinking, Target Audience and Product Positioning, and Team work. The certifications were obtained from skillsetter.io, with Market Analysis obtained in May 2022, Client Meetings Organization and Product Thinking obtained in April 2022, and Target Audience and Product Positioning as well as Team work obtained in December 2021.
