Jayson Sterba, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Innovation at Decimal.health and Head of Partnerships for CancerX Moonshot, a public-private initiative aimed at enhancing cancer treatment and support. In addition, Jayson holds roles as an Oncology Startup Business Mentor for the American Cancer Society's BrightEdge program and as a Startup Mentor with Innovest Afrika, supporting the acceleration of promising African startups. Previous experience includes leadership positions at MassChallenge, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Digital Patient XP, where Jayson focused on healthcare innovation, AI strategy, and patient experience solutions. Jayson’s educational background includes an MBA in Innovation from Babson College and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Architecture from Norwich University.
