Cynthia Leary

Cynthia Leary is an accomplished professional in the field of translational medicine operations with extensive experience in drug development and cancer research. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Translational Medicine Operations and Non-Clinical Operations at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals since April 2012, Cynthia has contributed significantly to the characterization and screening of novel, selective kinase inhibitors. Previous roles include Research Scientist at Gyrasol Technologies, focused on biochemical sensor technology for drug development, and Research Assistant positions at the University of Kansas, where Cynthia engaged in pharmacological assessments and basic molecular biology research.
