Leigh Lozano

Leigh Lozano has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. They started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Investors Bank & Trust and later became a Compensation Analyst. After that, they joined Analysis Group where they worked as a Human Resources Representative, Human Resources Generalist, and then as a Human Resources Manager. At Analysis Group, they handled various HR functions, including employee relations, engagement, and development. They then moved on to become a Senior Manager at Analysis Group, where they focused on organizational structure, change management, and employee engagement. They also led the immigration and global mobility function. Later on, Leigh Lozano worked at Dicerna Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director of HR Business Partners, where they oversaw the HR Business Partner function and developed strong relationships across the organization. In their most recent role as a Director of Human Resources at Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, they executed strategies and initiatives related to employee life cycle and served as an HR Business Partner for multiple departments.

Leigh Lozano holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston University. Additionally, they participated in the Boston University Language and Cultural Immersion Program at Instituto Internacional.
